Mutya Pilipinas 2019 is pleased to announce that a new title will be added to its list of international titles.
40 aspiring candidates from the Philippines and overseas communities in the USA, Europe, Canada, the Middle East, United Kingdom and Australia will vie for the titles of:

*Mutya Pilipinas - Miss Tourism Queen of the Year International

World Top Model Philippines, the newest title added to Mutya Pilipinas winners, will transform the national pageant into a hybrid competition as it welcomes aspiring models who wish to embark on a serious modeling career Internationally.
World Top Model (WTM) was founded in Milan, Italy in 1990 by Mr. Fiore Tondi with the support of his friend Mr. Guido Dolci, owner/founder of MAJOR Models Management - one of the top 10 best Model management companies in the world and known for its well established connections in the international fashion industry.
A prize of 200,000 Euro (US$ 225,260) is given to the winner of the World Top Model International competition and a guaranteed contract with MAJOR Models Management (offices in Milan, New York, Paris and New York Fashion Weeks. Famous fashion magazines have featured several MAJOR Models talents on their covers.
World Top Model Philippines will receive more than a sash (as is customary in modelling competition), but will also receive crown plus a career opportunity to be part of the international fashion industry as a professional international fashion model. The winner will compete in the World Top Model International final in Monte Carlo, Principality of Monaco in December 14, 2019.

Cory Quirino, President of Mutya Pilipinas stated “There is a thin line between a model and a beauty queen. And we welcome all aspiring women who wish for success on the catwalk and beauty pageant stage to join us. For this reason, Mutya Pilipinas will forge an alliance with PMAP, Professional Modeling Association of the Philippines.
Fiore Tondi, the President and founder of World Top Model, said that he “welcomes the participation of the Philippines and congratulations in joining the WTM family.” He will be flying to Manila to judge in the 51st Coronation Night of Mutya Pilipinas on August 18, 2019 at the Mall of Asia Arena to be broadcast live on ABS-CBN.
