pageant night of the Mr. & Ms. Philippine Islands 2018 was held last
September 22, 2018, at the PNP Auditorium, Camp Crame, Quezon City.

Yalung from Silang, Cavite won as Mr. Philippine Islands 2018 while Shannon
Christie Kerver from Codiao, Nueva Ecija, won as Ms. Philippine Islands 2018.
