The heat is on as Seaway Magazine spearheads the first Beauty Pageant in Philippine Maritime history with theme : “Gender Equality in Maritime Industry “.
Women in the sea business, the stage is yours now! Seaway Magazine is featuring ladies who have exceptional beauty, wonder, mind, rearing, and talent!
The Seaway Magazine will host the Seaway Magazine Search 2019 : a blend of beauty pageant, car show, and music festival in one night that will cater mainly to the seafarers, maritime personnel and their families. This is the grandest, the biggest, and the most anticipated celebration to foster stronger bonds among the stakeholders of the maritime industry, which will be held on December 6, 2019, at the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) Complex.
The occasion wil incorporate the quest for Miss Seaway 2019 - first-ever beauty exhibition in the maritime industry. The crowned Miss Seaway is additionally expected to be an exemplification of a lady with enthusiasm, purpose, and principles that enable them to be all-inclusive, globally-competitive maritime professionals, may she be sea-based or offshore faculty.
12 gorgeous maritime professional ladies were presented to the member of the Press and Media during the Press Presentation. They were given a time to express their thoughts about social events and pageantry. The members of the press and media had chosen 3 ladies as their favorite candidate.
The ladies had shown that aside from being a personnel from the Maritime industry, they are also the personification of a lady with wit and beauty since they have proven that the pageant is not just about ladies sashaying on the stage but speaks their mind with much enthusiasm.
The winners of DARLING OF THE PRESS are :
Miss THENAMARIS (Winner)
Miss COMPMAN (1st Runner Up)
Miss SBR (2nd Runner Up)
The lady blogger, Vennette of Titas of Pageantry and Pageant Press Society awarded the winner on the press presentation held at the Museo ng Marino, Nakpil, Malate, Manila.
Aside form the crown and a plaque, the winner will be granted a Php 200,000.00 worth of cash prize, contract and products from the event sponsors. Besides the company she represents would be given a free four advertisement posting in the Seaway Magazine.
Seaway corrdinators will likewise give consolation prizes to the runners-up (First and second) and to the invidiuals who will win special awards which are BEst in Long Gown, Best in Sports wear, Best in Casual Wear, best in Production Performamce, Best in Swimwearm People's Choice Award, Darling fo the Crowd. Miss Congeniality, Miss photogenic, Miss MOSS Choice Award, Body Active Award, BRP Powersports Choice Award, Miss Mood Apparel CHoice Award, SNL Choice Award and Miss iCOlor.
The People's CHopice Award will be chosen thru the number of Facebook "hearts" of their official photos in the official facebook page of Seaway Magazine and darling of the crown thru on site voting.
Aside form teh pagenat, a Car Show and a concert featuring Itchyworms as well as cool disk jockeys, DJ Cam Abecina, DJ Angel Villaronte and DJ VinXent Z will be providing entertainment.
