Kalvin Khein V. Catalon, is an actor and model from Santiago City, Isabela and he will be representing his city in Man of the Philippines 2018. His advocacy is about the Promotion of the economic Beauty of Santiago City and to morally upright and uplift the Filipino Values as we preserve our historical Culture and to empower the local Tourism Also advocating for the Discovery and Preservation of their historical cultures, to raise tourism awareness of the QUEEN CITY OF THE NORTH "SANTIAGO CITY ISABELA"" because one of the richest culture in the Philippines is the province of Isabela. Unfortunately, most of the province's beauty have not been fully discovered due to tourism slow pace. Thus it needs a new tool to promote its local cultures through empowering its touristic strategies. It is a reality that these days pageantry is one of the newest platforms to raise the causes for tourism that Kalvin is lucky that he is the one who represents Santiago city, Isabela that can definitely exhibit and elevate its cultures and treasures.

He wants to share about his place which is known as "The Queen City of the North Cagayan", "The commercial Industrial Center of Cagayan Valley" and tagged as The Investment Hub of the North.", It was also considered as the Brightest City in the North Cagayan, it also have a Balamban Dance Festival, with the famous landmark as the Place of Religious DARIOK Hills also known as Calvary Hills, the Balay Na Santiago, It is also the "Home of IBANAG and GADDANG's Tribes.

Aside from being a Film Actor, Kalvin is a young entrepreneur, who is now a 3rd yr. College Student Taking up Bachelor of Science In Business Administration (BSBA )major in (HRDM) Human Resources Development Management. He is into adventure, biking and driving, who is interested in acting. He had been a Ginoong Santiago City 2017 Finalist, Metro Manila Face of Fashion, Mr. Popularity, People's Choice and Grand Winner. In his acting exposure, he was part of the independent movie, "BULSA", in modeling, he was part of the Maleficent Models Academy and Potential Model Isabela.

Kalvin believes that a glance of love and pride wrapped by pursuing liberal policy peace of mative land youth and a great desire of hope and love.

In joining the pageant. Kalvin considers the experience as a great privilege and honor to be one of the National Candidate for Man of The Philippines 2018 that he joined the pageant to have a sense of achievements and fulfillment of his purpose as a man as well among nation is to foster the good ones and aid them occupy the duty of society and arise purely relations to mankind.
