Last August 4, 2018, the candidates of Miss Tourism Philippines 2018 had the Native Long Gown Competition of Miss Tourism Philippines 2018 in Plaza Maestro Convention Center, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur,

In the end of the event, two ladies emerged as Special awardees, Most Elegant: Miss Tourism Socorro, Oriental Mindoro and Face of the Night: Miss Tourism Muntinlupa City. The winner of the Best in Native Long Gown will be awarded on August 25, 2018, on the pageant night happening in Chateau Royale, Nasugbu, Batangas.

The event was Co-Presented by Department of Tourism, Department of Interior & Local Government and Chateau royale. The candidates stayed at their official residence at Vigan Plaza Hotel, Vigan City.
