Paolo Gallardo, from City of San Fernando, La Union is an orphan who stood by the trial of times. He was able to survive the tragic death of his mother from fire accident and of his dad who died of cancer. He used the tragic experience to be a strong man and eventually had been able to surpass challenges of life and he joined the Ginoong Kabataan in the City of San Fernando last December 2018 and won then again joined the 1st ever Mister Ilocos 2019 which he again won and now the Mister Grand Philippines 209 title.
Mister Grand Ormoc City, Michael Ver Comaling, was also a favorite of many for his being so articulate and having the distinct Moreno complexion. Michael won also the Best in Talent for showcasing his beat box talent.
Mister Grand Iloilo Province, Christian Villarin, was also a favorite of many and he won the Global Man International Philippines title.
The Mister Grand Binangonan, John David Schön, deserved a title but maybe since he is young, he can try again but I can see him to be an in demand commercial model for he posses the handsome features.
Among the potential winners who did not place were Darwis Ismaelli of the Cagayan Valley and Ledge Sales of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur.
Another national pageant is done so let us all wish the winners to be able to clinch more pageant victories for the Philippines
