Mutya Pilipinas bet to compete in Miss Tourism International Pageant
Cyrille Payumo recently had her official send-off at CWC’s plush BGC Showroom on October 22, 2019 just 24 hours before she departs for Kuala Lumpur. Miss Payumo will represent the Philippines in the 22nd edition of Miss Tourism International.
Cyrille. A statuesque beauty hails from Pampanga and stands 5’9” 1/2 She placed 1st runner-up in the Mutya Pilipinas pageant held last August 18, 2019 at the Mall of Asia Arena. She replaces Miss Tyra Goldman who was originally crowned Mutya Pilipinas - Miss Tourism International.
However, in compliance with new rules of Miss Tourism International requiring Philippine born contestants, a decision was reached by the Mutya Pilipinas management to send Miss Payumo instead.
It was also decided that Miss Goldman will represent the Philippines in another competition in 2020.
The Miss Tourism International pageant will be staged on November 8, 2019 at Sunway Lagoon Resort Hotel and Spa Grand Ballroom.
Filipino pageant fans worldwide are encouraged to support Miss Payumo by voting using the Star Phone App and Dial *1313. Currently the Philippines is ranking 4th place in the Popularity voting app.
