Man of the Philippines - UAE 2018 Grand Winner, Best in Formal Wear, Man of Fair and Handsome The friends of Ian encouraged him to join. He already joined last year in Man of the Philippines - UAE and for this year, he was chosen by Mr. Gilber Espiritu to compete and represents his hometown, Sarangani this year. Ian considers his parents as his inspiration to join Man of the Philippines. Pursuing his passion means doing what he love which makes his parents proud and happy for him. His advocacy is all about the Quality Education for Sarangani Today (QUEST). Sarangani Province is the Aquaculture Capital of the Philippines. It is celebrating Munato Festival which promotes the 2,000 year-old historical artifacts found in the Ayub Caves of Maitum town.
As part of MoPh, he considers as his best experience that fact that a candidate, he is able to empower and inspire the people especially the young generation to keep on pursuing their passion and vision in life. Ian expects to expand his advocacy and promote his hometown all the more not only in the country but through an international platform.
