Regine was born in Mabalacat, Pampanga. He is an Undergraduate of Bachelor of Science in Agro Forestry. He likes to watch horror movies and play badminton. It is his first time to join a pageant as persuaded by people around him who encouraged and keep on believing in him.

He saw the facebook post and with his love for his parents who inspired him to join MoPh, and wants to promote taking care of the elders. He is inspired by the culture of Pampanga who were a people of full of respect for their fellowmen and good cooks. He considers that being a part of the MoPh pageant is already a privilege and wants to learn to be sociable and be a responsible candidate.

Regine is very grateful to his manager, handler and supporters since theyr are the people who keeps him competitive in the pageant.
